The Board of the Gulf Cooperation Council Statistical Center (GCC-STAT) yesterday (on Tuesday) held its second meeting this year in the Omani capital Muscat, which discussed the implementation of the road map for the statistical system in the GCC countries for the period 2015 -2020 and the action program for 2015.

Muscat_ The Gulf Cooperation Council Statistical Center (GCC-STAT) hosted on Sunday the first GCC environment statistics Working group which was held in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
Muscat_ The Gulf Cooperation Council Statistical Center (GCC-STAT) organized on Monday a two-day workshop on water statistics in the GCC countries in Muscat, with the participation of stakeholders in the water field at the national bodies and the ministries of environment at the GCC countries.
The inflation rates across the GCC region ranged between 0.40% and 3.67% over a 12-month period through December 2014, according to the latest reports by the Statistical Centre for the Cooperation Council for the Arab Countries of the Gulf (GCC-Stat).
