GCC-STAT Organizer Workshop on Organizing and institutionalizing Statistical Training in GCC Countries

In collaboration with the United Arab Emirates National Bureau of Statistics the Gulf Cooperation Council Statistical Center organized a workshop on organizing and institutionalizing Statistical Training in GCC Countries.

The workshop gathers Training managers of GCC statistical centers in which several topics were discussed including the following:  

• Reviewing the experience of the Statistical Training Center at the UAE National Bureau of Statistics

• Reviewing of models of training processes and procedures

• Requirements for obtaining ISO Certification in Training Management

• Validation and adoption of ISO Certificate Requirements.

• Authenticating and validation Training Courses Certificates

The workshop was held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on the 30th of March 2015.
